Current scope

Creon L.L.C-FZ is in pre-launch development. No end customers have been onboarded and no commercial client projects have been completed. This website provides company and product information; it does not provide account registration, payment checkout or document upload.

Website and development data

The website is served over HTTPS. Contact links open your email or telephone application. Please do not send payment card details, passwords, identity documents or sensitive financial records through unsolicited email.

Future integrations

Security requirements, access controls, data handling and responsibilities for any future integration will be defined with the licensed institution before a deployment. The integration practice is designed to remain outside the PCI cardholder data environment.

Anti-Corruption Policy

Creon L.L.C-FZ does not permit bribery, kickbacks or improper payments to obtain business or influence a decision. Business relationships must be based on legitimate services and documented terms.

Potential conflicts of interest and concerns about improper conduct should be raised with compliance@creon.ae. Reports should describe the concern without disclosing unnecessary personal or financial information.

The company is in pre-launch development. This policy does not represent that commercial counterparties have been onboarded or that employee training programmes have already been completed.

Client Data Management Policy

No commercial clients or end customers have been onboarded. There is currently no commercial customer dataset or transaction history for Power AI or the Integration & Engineering Services practice.

Before a future client integration, the parties will define the data required, access permissions, processing purposes, retention, security and deletion arrangements in the applicable agreement. Testing and internal development must not be presented as live customer activity.

The integration practice is designed to work under each client’s own regulatory framework, outside the PCI cardholder data environment. AML decisions remain with the licensed institution.

Current business status

The company is in pre-launch development. Work to date is limited to internal R&D, technology design, intellectual property creation and preparation for partner onboarding. There is no commercial revenue, no completed client project and no onboarded end customer.

Products and planned services

Power AI is an AI-assisted voice ordering and payments platform being developed for B2B partnerships. Its planned payment flows use licensed local payment gateways; the company does not hold client funds.

The Integration & Engineering Services practice designs the API layer connecting licensed payment gateways, core-banking platforms, KYC/AML pipelines, ledgers, webhooks and reconciliation systems. It is intended to operate under each client’s own regulatory licences. The practice does not hold, transfer or custody client funds, remains outside the PCI cardholder data environment and leaves AML decisions with the licensed institution.

Geography

The United Arab Emirates is the registered-office and R&D base. Target launch markets are Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, China and Australia. No commercial operations or sales have started in those target markets.
